俄羅斯簽証註冊
所有在俄羅斯停留超過7個營業日的外國公民皆須在當地移民機關
辦理註冊登記。書面資料必須由接待單位完成。請注意接待單位並
不一定要和個人邀請函上之邀請單位或飯店一致，而是實際接待公
司、飯店或在俄羅斯的個人。
請注意註冊須在入境俄羅斯 7 個營業日內辦理。
如果您將參訪幾個城市，您必須在每個將停留超過7個營業日的城市
登記您的簽證。辦理註冊必須在您抵達該城市的第一個工作天完成
辦理，若您停留於該地期間短於7個營業日，則只需要最初入境俄羅
斯的城市登記即可。
我們建議您隨身攜帶機票。飯店訂房紀錄及其他文件之影本以備行
程證明之需，並在旅程中保留並隨身攜帶所有登記相關文件影本。
1. 如果您住飯店，飯店將會處理您的登記。請向接待單位要求註
冊證明文件之影本。
2. 如果您住私人公寓，不論觀光或商務簽證皆由寓所房東註冊。
(在莫斯科)房東必須於莫斯科當地轄區派出所或其他城市之聯邦移
民局(簡稱OVIR)提出申請。在其他城市，房東須填寫申請表以及
含有您護照及移民卡(Migration Card)的資料。房東須為俄羅斯公
民，並且必須正式登記在同一公寓。
請注意申請表有兩個部份須由虛線隔開。主要部份提交給所屬機關。
撕下的另一聯或是影本必須由外籍人士於停留期間全程保存，如有
關當局提出要求查驗則須出示。
VISA REGISTRATION IN RUSSIA
Each foreign citizen staying in Russia more than 7 business days on a
tourist or business visa must register with the local migration authorities. The
registration must be completed by the receiving entity. Please note that the
receiving entity is not necessarily the same as the inviting organization or hotel
indicated on the person's visa invitation but the actual host company, hotel or
person a foreigner is visiting in Russia.
Please note that initial registration has to take place within 7
business days upon arrival to Russia including the arrival day. If you visit
several cities, you need to reregister your visa at each city where you stay
more than 7 business days. Reregistration should be completed on the next
business day upon your arrival to this city. If you stay less than 7 business
days in each city, only initial registration is required.
We suggest that you keep copies of tickets, hotel reservations and other
documents that could serve as a proof of itinerary. Keep all copies of
registration notifications along your trip.
1. IF YOU STAY AT THE HOTEL, the registration is fully taken care of
by the hotel. Please request a copy of the registration at the reception.
2. IF YOU ARE STAYING AT A PRIVATE APARTMENT, a visa is to be
registered by a landlord whether it is a tourist or a business visa. A landlord
must apply for your registration at the local post office, police station (in
Moscow) or department of Federal Migration Service (commonly known as
OVIR) in other cities. A landlord will need to fill out a notification form and
include a copy of your passport (pages with photo and visa) and migration card.
A landlord must be a Russian citizen officially registered at the same
apartment.
